June has begun with reflecting on those who participated in the D-Day landings and expressing our gratitude to them.  The children had a visit from the Scrapstore who helped them make doves (of peace) and a large lantern for the village D-Day commemoration lantern parade.  Five of our Year 6 children ably represented the school at the school and young people of the village in the church service, laying wreaths and were honoured to meet Bromham's D-Day veteran, Ivor Gardner.
